Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This information may be stored on the APJA website platform and also in APJA membership records stored securely by the APJA Committee.

However, most of the Personal Information is, or will be, stored in client files which will be kept by the APJA for a minimum of seven years.
